The mission of our Talent Lab is to develop and place talented millennials in organizations by preparing them for future employment and community leadership opportunities.
How it Works
The Talent Lab is structured to serve you in many ways:
- For those just beginning to figure out their choice of career interests, we can help you figure out what you don't want to do, become aware of diverse organizations, and build early professional experience.
- For those who are clearer about their career interests and academic pursuits, the talent lab can help you apply what you are learning in a “real world” setting, gain more substantial professional experience, and begin to develop a network of people in fields that interest you.
Eligibility
In order to apply to for the Talent Lab, you must:
- Be self-motivated, ambitious, and have good work ethic.
- Be 16 years of age or older.
- Attend or graduated from an accredited educational institution, including but not limited to: high school, trade school, technical or vocational institute, junior college, college, university, or graduate school.
